Odense Aafart stops inside the zoo itself, so by sailing with Odense Aafart to Odense Zoo you not only get a fantastic experience on the river, you also skip the queue to Odense Zoo.

Two tickets in one purchase

It's easy to book a ticket for a trip with Odense Aafart at Odense Zoo. You can buy your ticket both online and in Odense Aafart's ticket office at Filosofgangen 30.

To secure a seat on the boat, it's a good idea to book your ticket online in advance, so you're guaranteed a seat on both your outbound and return trip.

All you need to do is book your ticket for 'Round trip on Odense Å'. Once you've chosen the date, departures and number of people, you have the option to buy your Odense Zoo tickets as an add-on.

The total ticket is scanned on board by the skipper.

A day at Odense Zoo

Look forward to an amazing day in Odense Zoo, which offers a diverse range of experiences, including close encounters with over 147 animal species, feeding displays, playgrounds and beautiful gardens.

Odense ZOO is home to many different animals, both the familiar and the exotic. In the zoo you can experience everything from Siberian tigers to exotic birds and underwater manatees.

If you're brave, you can also climb the Beech Peak. The Beech Top tour takes place between the treetops in the beautiful beech forest located in Odense ZOO. Up in the treetops there are nine different platforms connected by suspension bridges.

Practical information

Please note that Odense Zoo tickets cannot be purchased on board the tour boat. They must be purchased before boarding the boat, either online or at our ticket office.

The tour boat only stops at Odense Zoo on the trip to Fruens Bøge, and not on the return trip. We stop at Odense Zoo once an hour, always 20 minutes past the hour.
