The practicalities

– To book an event via gift voucher, select the specific event and date under Buy Ticket and then you can add the gift voucher discount code. A few events require additional payment, which is described above.

– Each event takes between 1-1.5 hours and you must arrive 15 minutes before departure at Odense Aafart's ticket office at Filosofgangen 30B, 5000 Odense C.

– The events are very popular, so we recommend that you use your gift card well in advance and book the event online. On the day, remaining tickets are sold at the kiosk on a first come, first served basis. Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

– During Music on the river beer, water and wine can be purchased at the kiosk before you get on the boat, and it is also possible to buy drinks on board. You are not allowed to bring your own drinks and food on the music tours.

– Annual passes are not valid for events.

How much does a gift voucher cost?

The price of a gift card depends on the gift card theme you choose. The price can vary from DKK 105 to DKK 329. Read more in the descriptions of the individual gift vouchers.

What does a gift voucher give access to?

A gift voucher gives access to different events depending on the gift voucher theme you have chosen.
Please note that a gift voucher for a specific theme cannot be used for an event from another theme.

How do I use my gift voucher?

A gift voucher has a discount code that you need to use when you book the specific event online. Go to Buy Ticketselect the specific event and date and then add the discount code.

Some wine tastings cost more than a wine tasting gift voucher and you must pay the balance after adding the discount code.

How long is my gift voucher valid for?

The gift voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase

Can I exchange my gift card for another gift card of the same price?

No, it is not possible to exchange your gift card for another gift card of the same price.

Can I cancel my gift voucher purchase?

You have 14 days right of cancellation when purchasing gift cards

Can I use my annual pass for events?

No, annual passes are not valid for events.

With the annual pass to Odense Aafart, you can take the tour boats as often as you like and you can bring a guest for free in April and in week 42. There is a 15% discount on pedal boat hire and discounts with several partners.
