Join us for a wonderful afternoon when Odense Aafart, in collaboration with Funen Opera, invites you to Opera on the River!

The tradition is kept true and the beautiful sounds of opera continue. The tour will take you on a journey into the world of music while surrounded by the beautiful nature of Odense!

We start the tour with a refreshing glass of rosé before sailing along the river to the sounds of beautiful opera arias. This event combines idyllic nature, breathtaking opera and a delicious glass of rosé - perfect for a late summer afternoon.

Opera på Åen is for those who appreciate a performance that describes the great and violent emotions mixed with beautiful tones, arias, duets and nature.
The tour will take you through everything from Puccini to Rossini, all while enjoying a refreshing glass of rosé.

Opera originated in 15th century Italy. The genre quickly spread to other countries, while many of the standard terms in opera are still based on Italian concepts mixed with French and German. It is an art form where music, singing and beautiful lyrics create a whole and a story that you can enjoy with your loved ones.

Ticket price: DKK 225 per person incl. 1 glass of rosé.

Opera på Åen is a popular event and every year we have had to sell out. For this reason, we recommend buying tickets well in advance.
It will be possible to buy drinks at the kiosk at Munke Mose.
We meet at the ticket office 15 min. before departure.
