How to book a ticket online with your annual pass

You can easily and conveniently book your ticket online to make sure there's room on board when you sail.

You book via the link below. Enter the online booking code that appears on your annual pass in the ‘Enter discount code’ field in your booking.

The practicalities

– Buy the annual pass here

– A physical card will be issued and can be picked up at Odense Aafart's ticket office upon presentation of a receipt.

– The annual pass is valid for the tour boat (Rundtur på Odense Å), which sails a fixed route starting from Munke Mose with stops at Odense Zoo and Fruens Bøge, where the boat turns round and returns. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour - 30 minutes each way and it is possible to customise the tour by getting on and off at the different stops.

– You can book your tour online or show the map at the departure. To be sure of a seat, we recommend that you book in advance online.

– A discount code is printed on your season ticket, which you use if you book your ticket online. Annual pass holders MUST book via this link

– To make use of the benefits, you must present your season ticket. This also applies if you have purchased the ticket online

– The annual pass is not valid for events.

What does an annual pass cost?

Odense Aafarts annual pass costs DKK 299 for adults and DKK 229 for children (3-11 years)

What does the annual pass give access to?

The annual pass gives you access to sail as often as you want on the ‘regular’ tour boat (Round trip on Odense Å). The annual pass does not give access or discounts to events.

How do I use my annual pass?

You can either show your annual pass at the tour boat or book a ticket online (see above how) and show the ticket together with your annual pass at the tour boat. During high season, we recommend that you book your ticket in advance, as departures may be sold out.
Tickets booked online are only valid upon presentation of your annual pass.

How long is my annual pass valid for?

Your annual pass is valid for 365 days from when it is collected and activated in our ticket office

Is it possible to split the trip?

You are welcome to split up the trip. For example, you can be dropped off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon.

Do I get discounts/benefits with my Aafart Annual Pass?

How do I utilise discounts/benefits?

Discounts/benefits can only be used by presenting an annual pass when purchasing a physical ticket. It is not possible to buy a ticket online and make use of discounts/benefits.

Can I cancel my annual pass purchase?

There is a 14-day right of cancellation for Odense Aafart's annual pass, but the right of cancellation lapses if the annual pass is redeemed at the box office and thereby put into use.

I have lost my annual pass, what should I do?

Lost or damaged cards can be replaced for a fee of DKK 50 at Odense Aafart's ticket office. The date on the card will in this case be the original purchase date.
